Easy quick colorful cookies with simple to find ingredients….cookies around the world ( Finnish ginger cookies, Mexican wedding cakes, French Madelines, etc.) However sometimes foreign cookies have either expensive or hard to find ingredients with lots of steps.

A nice spice flavored crunchy cookie would be lovely.

A soft and chewy, melt-in-your-mouth sugar cookie – perhaps it has cream cheese in it? I had one once from a bakery and haven't been able to recreate it. It was the best sugar cookie I have ever eaten! I would probably put the large sugar crystals on top – perhaps colored for Christmas.
