A lot of the recipes call for spices that I can not have. I have a bad stomach do you have any recipes without all these spices? Also do not like chicken or fish. Hopeless case

Those Tri Berry pancakes are the best! I usually end up opting for lemon zest instead of orange but really I just use whatever I happen to have on hand. A couple ribbons of fresh basil seem to go pretty well with the berries also. thanks for the recipes!

Please fix this website!!! The old website was perfect. Half the time I am hunting for the print button and can't find it. I don't have the time to just sit and hunt. There are other websites that are looking really good and their recipies are great. If you don't fix this soon, you may loose alot of loyal followers who were with you from the beginning.
