Former *NSYNC star and Dancing with the Stars contestant Joey Fatone is the host of My Family Recipe Rocks! on the Live Well Network. He was previously a host of NBC's The Singing Bee and was a competitor on Season 1 of Food Network's Rachael vs. Guy: Celebrity Cook-Off. What's your Achilles' heel ingredient, one that you hate to work with or encounter in someone else's dish?
JF: Brooklyn. It's where I am from and I always have to go get pizza at L&B Spumoni Gardens.
What's your favorite movie? Now pair a dish with it.
JF: Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory ... sauté shrimp with chocolate morsels.
JF: A huge steak with Brussels sprouts, mac ‘n’ cheese and everything else!
If you could create the ultimate Chopped basket, what four ingredients would be in it?
JF: I would find the oddest things around the world that would not go together.
