Bonding With the Bikers — Worst Cooks in America Caption It

by in Shows, March 15th, 2013

Chefs Bobby Flay and Anne Burrell on Worst Cooks in AmericaHeading into their fifth week of Boot Camp, the Worst Cooks in America recruits will be forced to face one of their top culinary fears: cooking for others. Many of the competitors have admitted to making their friends and families sick with haphazardly prepared dishes from kitchen attempts past, so it’s no surprise that they’re leery about unsuspecting strangers sampling their latest offerings. Have their skills come so far in the past month that they can now be trusted to feed the public? How will the taste testers react to the contestants’ meals?

After Sunday’s initial challenge of making Asian-inspired dumplings for supermarket shoppers, it will be up to Chef Anne and Bobby‘s teams to prepare a spread of bar snacks for a crowd of hungry motorcycle riders. In the above sneak-peek shot from the all-new episode, the mentors are seen chatting with one of the bikers, and so far, the group seems to be enjoying the experience the contestants are providing. Do you think these happy faces will last throughout the cook-off, or will a partygoer ultimately encounter a disastrous dish? Which samplers — the shoppers or bikers — will be more lenient with the recruits’ culinary shortcomings? Will the mentors be wowed by the contestants’ progress, or will they find some making too many rookie mistakes?

Before you tune in this Sunday at 9pm/8c to find out who makes the best bar bites, we’re challenging you, Worst Cooks in America fans, to write your best captions (tastefully appropriate, please) for this mingling moment in the comments below.

MY LAST COMMENT. IS THIS THE FOOD NETWORK CHANNEL? OR THE BAD MUSIC CHANNEL? yOU REALLY NEED TO TONE IT DOWN. TOOOOOO LOOOOUUUUDDDDD AND THE BACKGROUND EFFECTS ARE LOST SINCE THERE IS TOO MUCH. SOLID ONE AFTER THE OTHER WITH NO BREAK IN BETWEEN IS JUST PLAIN ANNOYING. SOUND EFFECTS NEED TO BE RESPECTED AND HAVE A PURPOSE, NOT JUST SOLID ONE AFTER THE OTHER WITHOUT RHYME OR REASON. ITS LIKE TOO MUCH SPICE IN THE DINNER. IT REALLY JUST BEGINS TO BE LOST IN ALL THE NOISE.

Thank you Lord Jesus for sending that irritating annoying woman home. I can now continue to watch this show to the end.

Thanks Pat…we didn't get your point after the first three posts. (By the way, figure out your keyboard). These people have some serious personality issues. (I swear that Anne chose that interior decorator to offset the amount of straight people on the show). Does she EVER say anything positive to anyone??? What is with the gay dude looking like he is going to cry for not getting MVP?

anne burrell is a culinary contradiction. she is a talentless hack… she is only on food network so that they can be politically correct. get rid of her and all her shows…..waste of air time…..

The Russian girl on the blue team is a ringer. she knows all about cooking but putting on as if she doesn't. At this stage of the show, they should all know a scallop from a scallion…she is faking it. I predict she will win it all because she is really a chef already. She will probably get her own show titled, From Rissia with Love.

LOVE this show! Does anyone know if and where the FULL EPISODES (older or newer) can be watched online? Not yet on Netflix or Huluplus. Cooking channel and Food network sites here only give the recipes and short little parts in videos and some previews.

I think they sent the wrong person home on the red team…Chef Anne never even tasted his shrimp appetizer…and the bikers liked his wings…how was he sent home? She kept snapping at him throughout this episode…I didn't think it was a fair call…the guys at the bar should have been the ones to vote who stayed and who went…not her!
