Whether you’re looking to get your chocolate fix or just some simple dinner ideas, or you love watching cooking competitions that may include alien creations, celebrities and vengeful chefs, then tune in to Food Network this weekend.
Start Saturday morning with a chocolate-filled menu from Paula Deen, who’s in the kitchen with actress Angie Harmon. Afterward, Ree is celebrating with all the foods she loves. On Barefoot Contessa, Ina’s reinventing a lobster salad, learning the secrets to a chocolate cake and more. Right after on Giada at Home, Giada’s showing her love for chocolate with a chocolate-inspired menu. In the afternoon, on Sugar Dome, teams of artists are creating edible creations inspired by outer space.
On Sunday morning, Guy’s making a delicious dinner of stuffed peppers and for dessert, churros. Later, on The Best Thing I Ever Made, there are more chocolate recipes to satisfy even the biggest chocoholic. In the evening, the finalists on Rachael vs. Guy: Celebrity Cook-Off take on a celebrity dinner party challenge to determine who wins it all. And on Iron Chef America, it’s a heated rematch between Iron Chef Morimoto and challenger Chef Cantu.
Paula is in the kitchen with actress Angie Harmon, and they’re cooking with chocolate. But it’s not just dessert that they’re making— the entire menu includes chocolate. Recipes include Amazing Chocolate Chili, Angie’s Crunchy Salad With Cocoa Vinaigrette, and Chocolate and Peanut Butter Volcano Cake.

While she’s busy exploring, Jeffrey enjoys a dish of Spanish Pea Soup With Crispy Ham. Back together on the porch, the couple enjoys Viennese Iced Coffee.

Giada is not afraid to express her love for chocolate. This time she’s creating an entire menu inspired by chocolate. Recipes include Wedge Salad With Raspberry-Chocolate Vinaigrette, Cocoa-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin With Chocolate Tomato Sauce, Chocolate Zabaglione Tiramisu, and White Chocolate Espresso-Vodka Martinis.

Cake artists, sugar artists and special effects makeup artists join forces to take viewers on a journey into outer space. Their edible creations will tell stories of strange alien worlds. There will be grueling challenges and near-impossible twists, but by the end only one team will win the $15,000 prize.

Guy’s got a great dinner menu planned for this episode. First he makes Stuffed Bell Peppers, which are filled with turkey, quinoa and kale, baked with a crunchy Parmesan crust, and served with roasted tomatillo-avocado sauce. Save room for dessert, because Guy’s making Churros. Right out of the fryer they’re rolled in cinnamon-sugar and served with Mexican chocolate dipping sauce.

It’s down to the final two celebrities, cooking to the finish line. Their last challenge has them preparing a three-course dinner for surprise Hollywood elites, including comedian Kathy Griffin, Chef Nancy Silverton and Chef Suzanne Goin, as well as the executives of the contestants’ chosen charities. The dinner guests will determine which celebrity earns his or her charity a $50,000 donation and the bragging rights as Celebrity Cook-Off Champion.

Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto and challenger Chef Homaro Cantu are back together in Kitchen Stadium to settle a grudge. The last time the two battled, Chef Cantu won by a single vote. Judges are Donatella Arpaia, David Rocco and Kaley Cuoco.
