    Pork Chops Creole……..brown chops w/salt and pepper,,,,,,,,add to each: 2 TBLSP uncooked rice, chopped green pepper, chopped onion…….cover all w/whole tomatoes, (large can) squished up and the juices of same, cook for 45 min. and WATCH that the liquid doesn't cook off!!! Don't know to whom credit should be given as this recipe was "handed-down" from my Mother to me. Note: I use boneless thick chops…..1 per adult (2 if you have a big eater) and the "one pan" dinner is a terrific deal!

    All the pork chop recipes listed, plus the ones in the previous comments are great, but often I want to go for something simpler so I can actually enjoy the flavor of the meat itself (specially when I use high quality meat).
