After trying to find 1 favorite, I would have to say Crawfish Etoufee'. Being from NYC and landing here in the South, I am quite unfamiliar with southern country cooking and would like to excel at it. Truly! Instead of Chicken and Dumplings (my husbands fave) I make chicken n mush.
