Leftover turkey meat goes into this festive shepherd’s pie, which is topped with sweet potato mash that’s been sweetened with a secret ingredient: banana. Leftover cranberry sauce is used to create layered ice cream sundaes that are topped with chopped pecans.

    Not a bad idea at all. That should make sure our leftovers don't go to waste at all. We'll probably be having much more than turkey in our pie though since we tend to have some lamb and beef recipes as well.

    It looks like I now know what to do with whatever's left of the turkey at this year's thanksgiving. It sure beats just heating it up.
