Welcome back with a new show Sandra. I watched the show and I enjoyed it. I enjoy watching Sandra very much. I know many people don't care for her and mock her, however I am a fan. She is fun and personable and does not take herself to seriously. I do get cooking hints and ideas from her shows. Glad you got a new show, I am also excited as it seems she is coming out with another new show on the Cooking Channel, plan to watch that one too.

I do like all of Sandra's themes. I do not like her new white set. It makes her seem like a cold ice princess. The set is hard on the eyes, and does not do justice to the cooking method, nor the display of the food.

Absolutely agree about the starkness of the white-on-white-on-white set. I wonder if Sandra will always wear white apparel like she did on the premiere of the new show: She's too fair-skinned to be dressed all in white with the stark white background.

The premise of the show is similar to "Sandwich King" and individual episodes of "Barefoot Contessa" and "Giada At Home", among others where the FN hosts are visiting restaurants and recreating popular dishes or having a famous Chef join them on the set. Too much of the same schtick will look like the FN cooks don't have enough creativity or imagination of their own so they have to get ideas from others.

That said, I'm glad to see several new shows on Food Network, Sandra Lee's included. Reruns of "Triple D" and "Chopped" were getting tiresome.

I love this show!! Sandra's like a newer, fresher Paula Deen with a city girl spin. So real and down to earth. :)

I loved the new show, and I love the new set, all white, it's a great pallet for all holidays and themes to come. If its too white on ur TV, "Dim", it. Sandra your an awesome chef.
