If you’re in town for the New York City Wine & Food Festival this week, chances are you’re prepping your stomach for some of the best food you can eat over the course of four days. If you happen to find yourself hungry, however, then you’ve hit the jackpot. We’ve compiled the ultimate Food Network fan restaurant guide with the help of the On the Road app and website.

Eat like an Iron Chef by visiting one of Bobby’s, Marc’s, Morimoto’s or Geoffrey’s restaurants. Dare to get Chopped? You’ve got three restaurants from Chopped judges to pick from. No matter where you are in the city, you’ll be able to smell the smoky scents of the Neelys’ acclaimed barbecue and, last but not least, Guy’s new restaurant in Times Square is sure to leave you full with his signature dishes.

Restaurant Marc Forgione
Marc Forgione has been cooking in New York for a long time — he started when he was 16, working alongside his dad in the family restaurant, An American Place. Today he’s got his own kitchen in Restaurant Marc Forgione, a laid-back yet high-style joint that fits in perfectly in the Tribeca neighborhood.

Morimoto
Masaharu Morimoto’ s restaurant in Chelsea Market goes way beyond sushi, and eating there is an experience not quickly forgotten. In addition to the unique flavor combinations that made Morimoto famous, you’ll also see a two-story wall made entirely of LED-lit water bottles, a slick downstairs bar and a sake sommelier.

Mesa Grill
If you enjoy the spicier side of life, come see where it all started for Bobby Flay. He honed his bold style at Mesa Grill, where Southwestern flavors and a love of everything grilled reign supreme.

The National
If you’re staying in the Midtown area of New York, Geoffrey Zakarian’s The National is a real gem. The food is seasonal, locally sourced and served all day. Geoffrey wanted it to be a modern version of a grand bistro, and so when you enter The National, you’re sure to want to stay a while.

The Stanton Social
This trendy lounge pays homage to its Lower East Side garment-industry past, with leather handrails and belt-strapped pillows. The 2,000-bottle wine rack is even laid out in a herringbone pattern. And though Chris Santos’ small plates, like lobster roll sliders and French onion soup dumplings, are meant for sharing, we’re pretty sure you won’t want to.

The Darby
This modern-day supper club takes a cue from the glitzy jazz lounges of the 1950s. Take a seat, swing to live jazz music and revel in the New American menu created by Chopped judge Alex Guarnaschelli. From crab cake appetizers to velvety desserts, Alex captures one thing: pure decadence.

Scarpetta
Many people say that you’ve never really had spaghetti until you’ve had it at Scott Conant’s Scarpetta. The townhouse in New York’s meatpacking district is named for an Italian expression that means “little shoe,” or the shape of bread when you use it to soak up every last bit of sauce on your plate, something you’re sure to do while you’re there.

Guy’s American Kitchen & Bar
Just like the man himself, Guy’s American is all about big flavors and good times. Expect a party when you’re there — the massive restaurant located in the heart of Times Square has a wide-ranging menu, three full bars and an extensive draft list featuring beers craft-brewed especially for Guy.

Neely’s Barbecue Parlor
Pat and Gina bring their authentic barbecue to New York City with Neely’s Barbecue Parlor. The space is elegant yet homey, much like a traditional Southern home. You’ll find plenty of barbecue, as well as fried green tomatoes and pickles, cedar-plank salmon and award-worthy fried chicken.

    will be cooking a 21 lb turkey in a 18 quart roaster oven with a oven bag ,how long for cook time and the temp be set at. please help
