The fifth annual New York City Wine & Food Festival officially kicked off Thursday night with Meatball Madness, followed up by a second hearty course at Burger Bash on Friday. That's a lot of beef (and sometimes pork, turkey and veal, too). So we couldn't help but ask some of our favorite food personalities to weigh in on what's more satisfying: meatballs or burgers?
