So tell us, what is your favorite kind of marinade?

I like using a homemade vinegarette, or a dry spice rub. Not to mention breadcrumbs on stuffed porkchops and chicken breast (not really a marinade but I love breadcrumbs)
lemon, garlic, and olive oil
I enjoy using Italian salad dressing much of the time and also olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper too!
Balmiv, olive oil, herbs. Chicken and pork chops are fantasic after an over night soak.alas
A tikka masala marinade with loads of spices!
my new favorite is adobo sauced chipotle peppers, olive oil, paprika, garlic, onions, sea salt , lime zest and cumin.
A new marinade I got called Roasted Pineapple and Habernaro (I use it on pork chops)

I like to use fresh lime juice with some garlic, chile peppers, olive oil and a dash of balsamic vinegar.
I love using Zesty Italian Dressing; it makes Chicken taste so moist and delicious when it comes out of the oven baked.
Years ago one of my frugal coworkers gave me a marinade recipe and I still use it now. When everyone orders Chinese those of us that brown bagged our lunch would take all the leftover packets (soy, duck, mustard) mix with a little pepper and marinate on chicken legs (cheapest parts you can find).
