Depends on what I am cooking. For Catfish, Louisiana Hot Sauce is my go to marinade.

  5. Crystal Sell says:

My favorite marinade has been an Italian mix for steaks. My grandfather used an Italian dressing once and I loved the flavor it gave to the meat, but I have since tweaked it and added other spices to the mixture to make it even better.

To bar-b-que chicken, I’m a huge fan of shoyu chicken marinade, made with Aloha soy sauce.

The best marinade for wings is
    (1) 12 oz. jar apricot preserves
    1 cup soy sauce
    1 clove garlic
    1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
It is the best when heated over high on the grill to let the sugars caramelize!
