Bobby Flay's grilled hamburgers. So simple with only salt and pepper! The secret is in the shaping with the thumb print. Perfect juicy burgers every time!

I honestly cannot decide between Sandra Lee’s Kwanzaa Cake and Frozen Grapes from the Food Network Kitchens. My favorite was Elie Krieger’s Dark Chocolate as a Snack, but it now redirects to something much more difficult. That makes me sad because I can’t find my copy so I don’t know how to make it anymore.

Giada De Laurentiis's Crab and Ricotta Cannelloni is a delicious recipe filled with two of my favorite ingredients: crab and cheese. This recipe makes any day a special occasion.

  4. Erin says:

Alton Brown's couscous pudding. I would have never thought to use couscous that way and I can give it to my 3 yo for breakfast. She thinks she's getting away with something even though it's great for her.

Roasted Shrimp Cocktail from the Barefoot Contessa. So easy and tasty. http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ina-garten/roa
