    Meatless should be more than one day a week to get the real benefits. Before food processors took a hold of the food market, most families were eating meatless through the week saving the meat meal for Sunday dinners only. Meat was an item that most families could not afford on a daily basis. By default families had a better lifestyle because they worked hard all day and then ate more vegetables and beans grown in the home garden. Today, is a far cry from that time period and our lifestyle is slowly killing us.

    I gave up eatting meat 3 years ago. I really like vegetables, fruits, grains and beans. I feel healthier and my grocery bill is less each week.
