Think you’ve got what it takes to open a restaurant? Food Network’s own Bobby Flay is lending a helping hand to first-time restaurateurs. In an exciting new series, Bobby helps people with no previous culinary experience overcome the obstacles and inherent pitfalls in opening a successful eatery.
Are you a passionate self-starter who has dropped everything, traded careers or invested it all in the cutthroat restaurant industry? Do you want Bobby Flay to help make sure the doors don’t close before they even open?

The series started almost believable, but, the last 3 episodes seem to be scripted – the cupcake one is the worst to date, very bad acting and it seemed like a toddler's dress up day.
So sad to see Bobby Flay put on such a bad series.
I would fire the script writers!
I'm a start up caterer and I hope to have a restaurant in 2014 God willing. Please bobby be still doing this show cause I would love the experience of great food knowledge and leadership skills from the Best! Keep up the good work…even on those who don't realize what they have when they only have 3 days to take advantage of master culinary skills!
You said once chicken stock was the one thing to always have in the kitchen. I am allergic to poulty. So many recipies have chicken broth… I am amazed and know now why I get such severe stomach aches eating mexican food not thinking there would be chicken in it. Do you have a substitution? Can beef broth or vegetable broth be used? I wish you could show recipies without it!!!!!!
