Quick breads freeze well; just wrap tightly in foil or freezer-wrap and freeze for up to three months. To thaw, let stand, wrapped, at room temperature for about 1½ hours. Serve on Thanksgiving, or the next morning for breakfast.

All the kids are gone and they wanted me to send them their special items for the holidays. Main item are homemade rolls – how can i fix them and still be fresh for the hoildays. Can I cook them then freeze the rolls, or should i freeze the dough after the first rise. Need help!

  2. For my Creative Writing class we have to write a short story, I really want to write some thing along the lines of Columbine, but I’m worried about the reaction of my teacher. As far as I know, he has no personal history with the idea, but … I don’t know. What would you want to see out of a short story for a creative writing class?.
