Mexican meatball soup. Flavorful, filling and very easy to make. The next time I would use white long grain rice as the original recipe called for instead of the brown rice I used.

I would have to say that I love her Mexican Meatball Soup. I finally found a soup that my kids love. They love meatballs and combining them with soup was awesome. Way to go on this one Marcela:)

Although I haven't tried Marcela's recipes yet, I would have to say my favorite is the Chocoflan because its so cool how it comes out! I watch her show every weekend!

  4. Conchinita Pibil. This dish is amazing! I've read about the Oaxacan pit roasted pork, but never had the chance to try it. Marcella created an amazing slow cooker version that changes the way you think about Mexican food. The secret is in lining the cooker with the skins of the squeezed oranges. Amazing savory citrus flavor.

  5. Susan C Johnson says:

It is hard to pick one of Marcela's amazing recipes. But I like "Crunchy Garden Salad". My husband and I look for unique, healthy recipes, that "tickle our palates". The unusual combination of the ingredients in this recipe fit the bill. Love all the fresh ingredients and the crunch!!
