I had two huge avocados so I made her easy guacamole, and man, I never thought to use a serrano pepper in guac. That was the BEST guacamole I ever had. And duh, I didn't know the pit kept it from browning, which is always annoying. Delicious!

My favorite would be Baja Style Fish Tacos. I always order fish tacos whenever I'm out for Mexican food. It's wonderful that I can make them and enjoy them at home too! Thanks for a chance to win this wonderful cookbook! Can't wait to try all of the recipes.

My very favorite, awesome beer marinated grilled skirt steak! The flavors of the orange, garlic, onions and beer make the skirt steak incredible. I have never tasted flavors like these together and I tell anyone who listens to me to try this recipe. You know it is a winner when your husband wants you to cook it every week.
