Marcela Valladolid has introduced people to a whole new way of thinking about Mexican cuisine with healthy and easy-to-prepare meals. Now she’s sharing her recipes in her brand new cookbook, Mexican Made Easy, and FN Dish is giving away five copies.

Marcela is changing the way Americans cook Mexican at home with easy recipes that are short on time, but long on authentic flavor. With 100 recipes and 80 scrumptious photographs to flip through, Mexican Made Easy the cookbook brings all the energy and fresh flavors of Marcela’s show into homes across the country.

You can pre-order a copy right now, but we’d like to give you a chance to win one for free. We’re giving away five copies of her cookbook to randomly selected and very lucky commenters.

    My wife saw the Mango cake recipe on Saturday, made the cake on Sunday, and we all agree that this will be our monthly treat. Best tasting cake I have ever had!!

    my favorite dish is the Summer Scallop and Shrimp Coctel. It has been requested that I make that when I visit family it is a family favorite.

    Chorizo Beans are a must for any Mexican Supper. My kids were brought up on them, only we called them Puerco Beans, adding Jalapenos to taste and Jack Cheese. Wow, the best!!

    I made the Mexican Chocolate Pecan Pie that is her mothers favorite desert. Along with myself and my family it is now going to be added to our holiday desserts. The best pie i have ever had.

    Tacos ans enchiladas. They were the best recipes I love, my kids ask for them every time . I be ending an Indian and was exhausted in searching for the best taco places, but her recipe is soo simple and delicious

    I loved all of them. They are all amazing recipes. I was born in Mexico and so was my Mom. I don’t really know how to cook Mexican food…my Mom does and I had found a fish taco recipe and I made it with my mom and we loved how the smell of the food and taste just brought back soo many wonderful memories.
