I love that Chef Anne has made be a better, happier, more fulfilled chef in my own kitchen. I love that Chef Anne wears a dress to go bowling. I love that she talks to her food. I love that she gives me the confidence to try things in the kitchen that I never would have tried if she wasn't right there making it look like so much fun! She's a real Iron Chef— with a great sense of humor and a ton of know how. kh

"Hello Dahlings!" I so enjoy Chef Anne's enthusiasm and personal relationship to the food. When she talks to her ingredients, it makes me feel like there is a good and ongoing collaboration at work! After all, how intimidating can it be when she inhales deeply from whatever is simmering and celebrates the beneficial facial?! I am always impressed by her "Secrets" show and am gearing up to try the "Crispy Herb Crusted Halibut with Curly Celery and Haricots Verts." I didn't even know what that last ingredient was until very recently. But I am going to make friends with my ingredients and, whatever I don't use, I will still acknowledge with a "thank you for coming!"

Anne rocks… and she kicked serious *ss in the "Chopped All Stars' competition. Anne has enough energy, humor, and skill to whip up dinners truly worthy of an 'Iron Chef' title… too bad she isn't …yet! Favorite dish… I can 't pick one – but I agree with several of the other postings,,, the bolognese recipe knocked my socks off!!

My favorite recipe that I've made was the cherry clafoutis, mainly because I was teaching my 3-year old grandson how to pit cherries using several different gadgets for that purpose. Watching his face light up when we pulled the dessert out of the oven was sheer joy. Another tasty offering from grandma's kitchen, thanks to Anne!

I was watching Anne make a tiramisu and it looked so yummy! I haven't made it yet, I hope it turns out as great as hers.

Anne is my fav! And her fish tacos got my "I hate fish" hubby of 47 years to smack his lips and ask me to make them again. Miracle!

My favorite recipe is the broccoli rabe and sausage calzones. It look yummy and sooooo easy!

The linguine and clam sauce recipe was excellent; even my picky boyfriend ate and enjoyed it. I plan on making it for more of the family at a later date.
