This weekend, skip the meat and poultry and try grilling seafood like salmon or shrimp:

Side Dish: Lemon-Parsley Asparagus
Dessert: Strawberry Shortcakes
Drink: Mama’s Little Helper

Planning on making one of these dishes? Snap a photo and post it on Food Network’s Facebook wall.

  7. When I first saw this title Weekend Cookout: The Lighter Side of Grilling | FN Dish – Food Network Blog on google I just whent and bookmark it. Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
