Looking to update your appetizer agenda? Look no further, because we have a list of bite-sized party starters that will wow your guests.

Mario Batali’s recipe for Deep-Fried Ricotta Balls from cookingchanneltv.com is every bit as indulgent as it sounds. Fresh ricotta is combined with parmesan cheese and walnuts before getting breaded and fried. Serve these bites alongside a bowl of your favorite tomato sauce.

Foodnetwork.com’s Tea Smoked Chicken is chopped small, mixed with scallions and topped with a soy-ginger sauce. Easy to prepare and fun to eat, these Asian-inspired apps will go quickly, so be sure to make an extra batch.

For an Italian-style dip that is fresh and healthy, try food.com’s Kalamata and Fig Tapenade. Dunk crisp endive spears or toasted ciabatta bread in this savory mixture of salty kalamata olives and capers, mission figs and fresh herbs.

Stuffed Mushrooms from food2.com will leave your vegetarian guests (and carnivores alike) totally satisfied. Filled with breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, fresh herbs and shallots, mushroom caps are baked until soft then topped with delectable pan juices.

You actually chose a dish that a real chef pick up off the freiking floor??!! What is the matter with this??!! Hope you liked the flavor of sweat, hair, and what ever he stepped on while in NY city!!! Discusting and will never watch again or eat anything at any restaurant he is involved in. Chopped judges are gross.

I am so incredibly disappointed by the outcome of Chopped tonight. How could the judges not disqualify a "chef" and I use the word lightly, that dropped food on the floor and turned around and served it?!? I want to let you know just what kind of an impact this episode had. My husband, who was totally annoyed when I would turn on Food Network, was finally getting comfortable with Chopped, and tonight, the judges, and producers lost all credibility with him and me. (and I am a devout Food Network watcher) I don't know that I could ever watch Chopped again. Thank you though for posting where this guy cooks at. I will make sure I never, ever go to that restaurant. And at this point, I don't know if I would be comfortable going to restaurant that any of these judges are associated with either.

  3. I genuinely liked analyzing your submit!. Quallity content material. With a really valuable blog i feel you deserve to be ranking quite possibly higher in bing
