Like macaroni without cheese or cookies sans milk, turkey just isn’t the same without sweet-tart cranberry sauce on the side. Guy’s bright whole-berry version gets a spicy kick from two kinds of hot peppers, and added flavor from orange juice. Your turkey — and your tastebuds — will never know what hit ‘em.
