    Thanks for these suggestions! I don't have vegetarian "guests" so to speak, but I do have one six-year-old boy who would rather eat a plate of vegetables than any kind of meat – weird I know but true. I'll definitely check out these recipe ideas.

    I have been a lifelong vegetarian. Don't panic when a vegetarian is coming to dinner. We will eat everything your serve, except the meat. When it comes to Thanksgiving, there is more than enough food to satisfy most people.

    I am so glad to see some vegetarian recipies, I have been a vegetarian my entire life because i am allergic to all meat including fish. I am also allergic to mushrooms which most vegetarian meals consist of. My family are big meat eaters and didn't really know how to feed a vegetarian so i grew up eating soup, salad,pasta and PB & Jelly that i am in my 20'si am able to find recipies that have more flavour and arn't so boring. so Please keep the recipies coming

    My brother ans sister-in-law are vegetarians. So every Thanksgiving I make sure to use vegetable stock in place of chicken stock in my recipes. and I make mushroom gravy for them. We always have a pumpkin soup or something of the sort and they never go home hungry.
