Our friends over at Tasting Table recently hosted a Lobster Roll Claw-Off featuring some of NYC’s finest versions of the classic. We were lucky enough to attend and sample all eight sandwich competitors.

Living in Maine, there are lobster rolls a-plenty, and everyone has their favorite. Personally, I've made Giada's and they're my favorite!
Living in Maine and working for a Lobster shipping comapny.. My favorite way to make a lobster roll is either just lobster warmed with butter and put in a New England style toasted hog dog roll or Lobster meat mixed with Mayo and a little seafood seasoning.. You don't want to over power the flavor of the sweet lobster meat….
I also live in Maine, and I see signs up everywhere "The Best Lobster Roll" or "The Worlds Best Lobster Roll". If any of you are out in Maine I suggest the Lobster Roll from Mark Antony's Lighthouse Lobster Shack located in Wiscasset just off Route 1 :)
mmmmmmmmmmmmmm looks like dinner to me!
