  1. Good blog! I really love how it is easy on my eyes and the data are well written. I’m wondering how I could be notified whenever a new post has been made. I’ve subscribed to your RSS which must do the trick! Have a great day! “Reputation is what other people know about you. Honor is what you know about yourself.” by Lois McMaster Bujold.

*smiling* Has Joe ever thought about writing a book? Seriously! A coffee table book with historic pictures from past and present, anecdotes and tales of Oreo cookies and Iron Chef. He’d make bank!
(I get 10% for the idea) *wink*

What an interesting tidbit…Iron Chef truly is a battle zone! With all the drama that takes place in kitchen stadium its hard to believe the clock has never stopped! Alton Brown’s post is fantastic. With all of the views and sticky notes it’s amazing that he can keep everything straight! Yet, he does an amazing job guiding the viewer through each episode!
