The Neely's are as terrible on screen as the BBQ joint they promote in the South. I just went to the one in Memphis and I had never had such bad BBQ. The customer service was terrible and my order was all wrong. On top of that it was one of the Neely brothers that took my order. Talk about totally disappointed and I will never go there again, I don't recommend anyone else to go there and I will never watch them again on the Food Network.
